Complete unit
A matched excavator upper structure, straddle undercarriage, platform, hydraulic and electrical routing, and working attachment are supplied and commissioned together.
Reach / push / load
20 t class high-clearance straddle excavator
A four-leg, twin-crawler straddle undercarriage raises a tracked excavator above an open railcar for direct transfer of coal, ore and other free-flowing bulk material into a haul truck.
Key range13–22 t tracked host excavators · Reference passage 4.2 m W × 4.2 m H

Working brief
The load-bearing gantry deck carries the excavator upper structure above the wagon and leaves a clear passage below. From one elevated working position, the operator can see into the car body, enter the bucket vertically and discharge directly into the waiting truck without first building a ground stockpile.
Unload the wagon and load the truck in one handling step.
See the bucket, remaining material and truck bed from above.
Twin crawler assemblies move the machine along the train.
In operation
Project footage shows the mobile straddle platform and direct unloading work from above the railcar.

Supply options
A matched excavator upper structure, straddle undercarriage, platform, hydraulic and electrical routing, and working attachment are supplied and commissioned together.
A transition base, straddle undercarriage and interface package are engineered around the verified parameters of an excavator the buyer already operates.
All dimensions shown are reference values for enquiry-stage discussion. Final passage, length, gauge, weight, compatibility, performance and scope of supply are governed by the project technical agreement.
A four-leg gantry raises the excavator upper structure above the open railcar while leaving a clear passage underneath. The bucket enters from above and transfers coal, ore or another suitable free-flowing material directly into a truck.
The published reference range is a 13–22 tonne tracked host excavator. Final matching requires the exact machine model, operating weight, center of gravity, slew interface, hydraulic data and the required working envelope.
No. The 4.2 m clear width, 4.2 m clear height and 6.2 m overall length describe one reference configuration. Each gantry is dimensioned around the buyer’s railcars, track centers, overhead clearance and site layout.
Yes, subject to engineering review. The retrofit option includes a transition base, straddle undercarriage and interface package after the host machine’s structure, weight, center of gravity, hydraulic system and controls have been verified.
The brochure cites a target gain of 50 percent or better in combined loading efficiency for a project reference. Actual output depends on the material, travel and swing distances, truck availability, wagon geometry and operator experience, so it is not a guaranteed production rate.
