What the enquiry form collects
Name, company, work email, optional phone, country or region, product interest, project details, consent, source page and limited technical request metadata.
Why the data is used
To respond to attachment, customization and dealer enquiries and to maintain an accountable sales follow-up record.
Where it is stored
When production is configured, enquiry records are written server-side to the selected Supabase Postgres project. The service-role credential remains in Vercel environment configuration and is never exposed to the browser.
Retention and access
Final retention duration, authorized users, deletion workflow and data-controller contact are TODO decisions in the Site Passport. They must be completed before production traffic is accepted.

Do not submit the form if you do not want these details stored. Approved contact details for access, correction or deletion requests must be added before launch.
