Working brief
Geometry starts with the exact carrier interface.
Structural and wear plate are selected for the duty.
Critical dimensions are confirmed before export packing.
A block clamp grips quarry stone and masonry units with purpose-shaped clamping surfaces. It is selected around the block dimensions and handling task, rather than the loose-material capacity used to choose a bucket.
Send the smallest and largest block dimensions, typical and maximum block mass, contact-face shape and photographs. Describe where the jaws can grip and whether finished faces need protection. These inputs define the required opening and contact arrangement.
The contact surfaces and grip positions may differ. Describe both tasks, the variation in block shape and any surface-marking limits in the quotation request so the jaw arrangement can be assessed for each use.
Provide the carrier make, model and operating weight, pin diameter, pin-center distance, dipper width and coupler details. Include the handling reach, working cycle and hydraulic information for the proposed actuation. The attachment and load must be reviewed against the carrier working envelope.
A block clamp is arranged around stone or masonry contact faces. A sorting grab is intended for gripping and sorting mixed materials. Start with the material geometry and task, then compare the appropriate handling attachment and machine interface.
